Vegas Downtown Blackjack has two Blackjack Games, one is the single hand version, the second is the
Multi-hand version. Vegas Downtown Rules are virtually the same as any other Blackjack Game.
Vegas Downtown is played with two deck of cards. Other aspects of the game which differ from the
original Blackjack game are, if you split an Ace, then receive a 10, the value of your hand will
be 21 and not Blackjack and so can obviously be beaten by a Blackjack. The dealer must also
hit on soft 17, this means if the dealer has an Ace and a 6 he must hit, which will give the player
more chance of winning the hand, compared to the dealer who has a bigger chance to bust.
Vegas Downtown Rules - This is an American Hole Card Game- Dealer peeks on 10 value cards and aces - Played with 2 regular card deck - Dealer must hit soft 17 - Double Down one any two cards - Double down after split - Split 3 times to make 4 hands - Aces can only be split once - Only one card to split aces - Unlike 10 value cards can be split - A split ace and a 10 counts as 21 and not Blackjack |
