SITE/SOFTWARE USER AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to these terms and conditions before installing and using a copy of this software. If you do not accept the license terms set out in this agreement, you must cancel the installation process and delete the software from your computer. Use of the software indicates acceptance of these terms. 1. Introduction 1. This User Agreement is an agreement between you and Naden Inc (hereafter the “Casino”) that governs and defines your use of the Casino through the internet portal www.blackthundercasino.com. The Casino operates under a license granted by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. 2. "The Player" means a Player who utilizes his own money to place wagers at the Casino. 3. Participation at the Casino is at your sole option, discretion and risk. 2. Player Responsibilities 1. The player fully understands that by; 1. Downloading the software or obtaining it by any other means. 2. Installing the software. 3. Registering and making use of an account (whether guest or real) 4. Operating the software. 5. Accepting any prize or award from the casino; the player: Warrants that all information provided by the player to the casino is true and correct and acknowledges that, should it be discovered by the casino that any information provided by the player is false, the casino reserves the right to suspend the player's account, including the payout of any cash-ins, until the true position with regard to the player's identity is clarified. Warrants that the player's interest in the casino is personal, and not professional. Players entering the casino do so solely for their own personal entertainment, and any other entrance, access, use, or re-use of the casino by the player is strictly prohibited. Warrants that the player is familiar with the rules of such game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "Game Help" link in the casino. Is solely responsible for keeping his or her account number and password secure and secret. The player is responsible for allowing any direct or indirect third party to use their account(s) at the casino, making use of the software, or to accept any prize from the casino. Shall not allow any third party including, without limitation, any minor (person under the age of majority stipulated in the clause immediately above), to play at the casino using the player's casino account details. The player accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and holds the casino harmless in respect of any damages arising from the same. Acknowledges that the casino software and all material visually or audibly presented to the player in the player's use of the casino is either the intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright, domain name rights and trademarks) of the casino or its licensor's and in this regard the player acknowledges they have no rights whatsoever to use or lay claim to any intellectual property belonging to the casino and/or its licensors. Agrees to not find our website, software, promotional or other material to be in any way offensive, indecent, objectionable or obscene.2. The player will furnish personal details that are valid, accurate and complete in each and every respect and that you shall advise us immediately via e-mail should such details change; 3. The player understands that gambling is for entertainment value only and that the player is playing on their own accord. Player understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to play at the casino. 4. The player acknowledges that participation at the casino amounts to gambling, which carries the risk of losing money and warrants that the player is aware of such risks and that the player's participation at the casino is entirely voluntary. 5. Strictly one real account per household, person, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school is permitted. Should the casino discover duplicate accounts, the less active account or newer account may be closed at the casino’s discretion and any payouts requested from duplicate accounts will be considered void. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. 6. The player, by providing their postal address, agrees to accept hardcopy correspondence from the casino at such address from time to time, and acknowledges that such correspondence may carry conspicuous branding identifying the casino. Likewise, if a player provides an email or phone contact, then they are giving expressed permission to contact the player. If the player does not wish to receive hardcopy correspondence to their postal address, or to receive email/telephonic correspondence, then they may unsubscribe. 3. Banking, Purchasing and Withdrawals 1. Our minimum casino cash balance withdrawal is $/£/€50. Any amount less than $/£/€50 WILL NOT BE CASHED OUT, and will be credited back to your casino account. 2. In the event of the player applying for a real money account at our casino, the Player in so doing authorizes us and / or our designated agent(s) to investigate his / her creditworthiness in connection with the aforementioned application and / or any subsequent purchases that the player might make at the casino. 3. After your successful purchase you are able to play immediately. Your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase. Credit card casino purchases can be recognized on your credit card statement as The Ecash Company, www.hilstead.com, www.gamshare.com, www.proccyber.com, Earthport PLC or another billing descriptor not mentioned. Please contact Casino Support if you would like to verify your bill. 4. You may have to provide a copy of proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. 5. Casino management reserves the right to withhold any cash-ins if the required documentation is not returned. These measures are as much for player safety as that of the casino. 6. We pay winnings on only ONE account per customer. Any other winnings in duplicate accounts for the same customer will be VOID. 7. Should there be a mismatch between the name and address of the player, and the name and address on the credit card, or other method of payment, used by such player, all transactions conducted with such payment method will be considered as invalid and will be void. In this case the credit card will be invalidated, and you will no longer be able to use the card to make online purchases until proper card owner authorization has been received. 8. Due to time-sensitive processing issues with FirePay transfers, no FirePay reversals will be accepted on any account during a player's first month of gaming at the casino. Should we receive any Firepay reversals on an account in this first month period, all winnings will be lost, even if the reversal is settled. 9. Information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold to others. 10. If you use your credit card, it will be billed immediately after purchase. We recommend printing out all transaction data, and the payment methods and retain them for your records. 11. All customer queries will be answered within two working days. 12. If you are totally dissatisfied with the banking service you received, then we will consider your dispute based on your case. All queries associated with purchase disputes should be sent to support. 13. It is our policy to refund withdrawals to the same account or mechanism that the original purchase was made, up to the value of your original deposits. 14. Players must register and play in the currency of the country in which they reside, if available, or in USD. Should players not observe this rule their bonuses will be removed. Bonuses are country specific. 4. Legal 1. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage in order to ensure the prohibition of play by minors. 2. Players at the casino must be over the legal age of majority, meaning that the player must be an adult with full contractual capacity or a "major" as that term is legally defined in the country in which the player is resident. It is recommended you may only participate in any gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting or calling. The player acknowledges the player is solely responsibility to understand the applicable laws of jurisdiction pertaining to the player's use of online gaming facilities, and pertaining to online gaming facilities in general, prior to making use of the casino (both in terms of the country within which they are resident when playing at the casino and in terms of any country's laws to which they may be subject, notwithstanding that they are not physically present in such country when playing at the casino. 4. The use of robotic, mechanical, electronic, or other devices to automatically make playing decisions in any game as a guest player or real player is strictly prohibited at the casino save where such devices are provided, or specifically authorized in writing, by the casino. Use of such devices may, in the sole discretion of casino management, result in action including exclusion from play at the casino, confiscation of funds up to an amount not exceeding net winnings, expulsion from all promotional offerings and placement of details of such activity and the participants on a casino industry database of "restricted players" accessed by other online casinos. 5. In order to comply with the strict laws on money laundering that exist in many jurisdictions we reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the federal or local authorities within those jurisdictions. 6. All use of this site is with your agreement to the following. Any type of activity which we consider suspicious may oblige us to report to the relevant authorities. Examples of such activities include: use of funds suspected to be derived from illegal activities; any suspected intention to conceal or disguise funds derived from illegal activities; or suspicion that the involvement of the casino is in any manner intended to facilitate criminal activity. 7. If we suspect or become aware of any of the above, we may without notice or explanation: o make a report to the relevant authorities; o immediately deactivate or close your casino account; and/or o withhold any funds held in such Account; and/or o refuse registration or entry to all or any other Naden Inc products8. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome of play, you must submit your complaint to the casino in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your casino software and the casino's gaming server software, the result showing on the casino's gaming server software shall be the official and governing result of Play. 5. Casino Policies 1. If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Casino or one of its group companies, or suppliers or vendors or any of its associated organizations, you are not permitted to register with the Casino without written authorization from the Chief Operations Officer of the Casino. You are not permitted to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Games and are classified as an “Unauthorised Person”. Similarly, relatives of Unauthorised Persons are not permitted to register with Casino or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Games except with the written permission and authorization of the Chief Operations Officer of the Casino. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall include (but not be limited to) any of the following spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. 2. The player indemnifies this casino, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the player arising from any and all interaction with our casino and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of: o entry, use, or reuse of the casino; o use of any materials at the casino; o entry, use, or re-use of the casino server o participation in any game at the casino; o the acceptance of any payout/prize from the casino; or o breach of any warranty given in terms of this agreement. or o specifically related to the criminalization of online/internet wagering within the player's jurisdiction.3. The casino reserves the right to refuse access to the casino of any person at any time. 4. The casino also reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal they suspect are in anyway linked to fraudulent activity. 6. Your casino account 1. If no wagering activity takes place in either your casino or loyalty account for a period of 180 days, then the player understands that any balance in their account will be forfeited to the casino. 2. If the name on your casino account does NOT match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, any winnings in that account will be VOID. 7. Privacy Policy 1. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will never be sold. Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms and conditions are based on Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5), unless otherwise stated. 8. Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions Opening Offer - Terms & Conditions 100% Match Bonus up to $/€250 Free. 50% Match Bonus up to £250 Free. Eligibility - Any new player claiming the welcome bonus effectively accepts these terms and conditions.
To be eligible to receive the opening offer (welcome bonus) a player must NOT have received a welcome bonus from any casino operated by Naden Inc. ( List Casinos )- Players may not make a cash-in of any kind prior to receiving their match bonus. If a player performs a cash-in, then the match offer is void.
- Players need to wager the bonus that they qualify for 1 x (once) to be eligible to receive their match bonus up to $/£/€ 250 in free money bonus credits based on the first purchase amount. For example, Players who purchase and wager $150 will receive an additional $150 free. A player that purchases £250, qualifies for a £125 bonus needs to wager £125 before the bonus will be credited.
Players must stake at least 40x times the value of their Welcome Bonus prior to cashing in. For example:- i) You deposit $200

- Players must also make a minimum of 250 Bets before withdrawal request is accepted.
2. Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements of the Welcome Bonus have been met will be rejected until such time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied. 3. Players must stake at least 40 times the value of their Welcome Bonus prior to cashing in. 4. Players must also make a minimum of 250 bets before withdrawal request is accepted. 5. Players of Greek, Russian, Danish, Israeli and British origin are very welcome at our casino. We regret however that due to promotional abuse by a large number of players originating from Greece, Russia, Denmark, Israel and the UK the wagering requirement is at least 50 times the value of their Welcome Bonus prior to cashing in. 6. Players may win real cash account credits with Welcome Bonus credits; however, Welcome Bonus credits must be played through in accordance with the Welcome Bonus System wagering requirements before cashing-in. 9. Our Welcome Bonus offer is available only to first time Real purchasing players who register at the Casino. 10. The Casino will be the sole judge of the 100% Welcome Bonus. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue or cancel or change this offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. 11. Players must make a qualified purchase and wager it one time on any game within 72 hours of opening their real account to be eligible for the 100% Welcome Bonus. 12. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the Promotional Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another. 13. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder. Should there be a mismatch between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the credit card holder, the Welcome Bonus will be invalid. 14. Each promotion rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect. 15. This Welcome Bonus is available only once per person, family, household address, email address and credit card number. The casino reserves the right to impose further limits in respect of accounts originating from environments where computers are shared (Example: university campus). 16. The Welcome Bonus will be awarded within 4 hours after the first purchase has been played through 1x on any game and the Welcome Bonus has been claimed. 17. Any person deviating from the Welcome Bonus rules may be disqualified. 18. The General Terms and Conditions will also apply to this Promotion. 9. Bonus System - Terms & Conditions 1. A Player’s Total account balance consists of a Cash account balance and a Bonus account balance. 2. The total account balance will appear when you are logged on and playing in the casino. 3. A player’s Cash account may be cashed out at any time. 4. A player’s Bonus account may not be cashed out but can be used to place wagers. 5. A 30x play-through will apply to all bonus credits excluding the Welcome Bonus. 6. Once the player has wagered the required play-through, 10 bonus credits automatically transfer into the cash account. Example Assume the player has the following balances: o Cash Account Balance - 100o Bonus Account Balance - 100Then the player wagers on Slots* 300 credits (30x10 credits). Following this wagering assume the player has not lost. The player will then have the following balances: o Cash Account Balance - 110o Bonus Account Balance - 90*Other game types contribute different wagering percentages. See item 8 below. 7. As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred to the Player’s Cash Account from the Player’s Bonus account. 8. Play-through requirements are achieved when real money wagers are made from either the Cash or Bonus Accounts. 9. Different games played contribute different percentages of the wager made toward the 30x play-through requirements. Any bets made in the gamble feature of a slot game, does not count towards a player’s play-through requirement. Only the initial bet in the slot game will count towards the required play-through. 12. If a player makes a withdrawal from his Cash account, then the player loses any bonus credits available in the Bonus Account. 13. Before processing a withdrawal, players have a final opportunity to decide whether to withdraw their Cash balance or continue playing in order to qualify the remaining portion of their Bonus account balance. 14. If a player chooses to withdrawal a purchase, then they will lose any Bonus money they have in their Bonus Account or will become ineligible to receive a bonus on the respective purchase. 15. Winning bets made from a player’s Cash account is credited directly to their Cash account and available for withdrawal. 16. Winning bets made from a player’s Bonus account are credited to their Bonus account first and then the cash account. If crediting a player’s Bonus account with winnings exceeds the size of the original Bonus amount (less earned credits), then the excess winnings are credited to the player’s Cash account. 10. All Promotional Bonuses - Terms & Conditions The following terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers. In addition to these terms, please familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to each promotion you are invited to participate. 1. The General terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with the casino and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions. 2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no two promotions can be used in combination. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled. 5. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make purchases with will invalidate any promotion offer. 6. The Casino will be the sole judge of the promotional offer and reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified. 7. Promotions are subject to ongoing review, and the Casino reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. 8. Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect. 9. Only promotions specifically advertised on the Casino’s website will be honoured by the casino. Any promotional offer issued by any other party, including but not limited to affiliated persons or organizations, will not be recognized and are thus deemed invalid. 10. When the Bonus System is used for the promotion, the terms and conditions around the Bonus System will prevail. 11. A player is entitled to reverse a bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, if they do not want a bonus. If wagers have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or by request) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met. 12. Any promotion or giveaway by the casino for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the promotion terms and conditions. 13. The casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. The casino reserves the right to bar any persons abusing this promotion from receiving further promotional offers from the Casino, as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to a third party negative database. 14. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, no withdrawal will be honoured until a minimum purchase of 20 credits is made and the purchase and bonus are wagered in full. Winning 1. While playing at the casino, if you win a sum worthy of publicity, then you agree to make yourself or your likeness available for use in publicity as arranged by the casino. At all times, the casino will do its utmost to protect your privacy. 2. While the casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use Players' first names and first letter of their last name in any casino announcement pertaining to promotional or winning results. Disputes 1. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino management is considered full and final. Wagering 1. Any wagering requirements that apply to a promotion begin from the time the promotion bonus is added to the player account. 2. Should you reach a zero credit balance during the course of meeting wagering requirements, then the requirements become null and void. This will not apply to a zero credit balance achieved via a funds transfer or Cash withdrawal. 11. Promotion Abuse and Policy Definition 1. The Casino deems promotion abuse to include but not to be limited to any of the following: a. receiving a promotion bonus then cashing in without demonstrating a reasonable degree of play b. attempting a large wager(s) with the bonus funds in an attempt to circumvent play through wager requirements of the bonus system. Possible Resulting Actions 2. The Casino audits cash-ins to determine if winnings are a result of promotion abuse. It is possible for promotion abuse to occur even though wagering is compliant with the standard terms and conditions and bonus system rules. If promotion abuse is identified, then the Casino reserves the right at management’s discretion to take the following action(s) against the abusive player: a. may be banned from receiving or redeeming further promotions b. may be banned from play in the casino c. may have account terminated with immediate effect d. Player information forwarded to a central database resulting in players being barred from receiving bonuses at any other casinos. e. Cash-ins may be denied, reversed and/or considered void. In such cases, only original purchase amount may be allowed for withdrawal. |
